Lydia Catharine, wife of Edward Foreman, died early on Saturday morning last at her home in this place, having given birth to a babe about a week previous. Her age was 19 years, 9 months and 19 days.
She was a daughter of A. P. Luse, and was wedded to her now bereft husband about a year ago; the young husband and his infant child, miss the loss of a wife and mother. The burial took place at the Union church Monday forenoon, Rev. Goodling officiating, assisted by Rev. Eisenberg. The bereaved relatives extend thanks to neighbors for kindness extended."
