Born May 3, 1929, at Delta, a son of Alfred F. and Mattie Cropper Bliss.

Married Ila Saxton Feb 18, 1959. Member of the LDS, Granger Seventh Ward.

Had been a lens grinder at Littlefield Optical Co. until his retirement on e year ago because of ill health. Graduate West High School.
