Verdon Lynn Bliss, passed away at his home, January 20, 1992.

Born December 5, 1908, in Hinkley, Utah, the son of Alfred Fisk and Mattie Cropper Bliss. Married Florence Bennett, in Salt Lake City, August 28, 1933; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a high priest in the Millcreek 3rd Ward. Member of the Wasatch Gem Society and the Silverstreek Club. Worked for Auerbachs Department Stores for 23 Years.Survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter, Douglas L, Gillette, Wyo.; Keith A. and Jeneal Burt, Salt Lake City; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; four sisters, one brother, Jay Bill, Marysvale, Washington; Mrs. Grant (Iona) Snarr, Mrs. Joe (Betty) Switzer, both Midvale; Mrs. Dan (Barbara) Latis, Murray; Mrs. Bill (LaRue) Banks.
