Our loving mother and grandmother, LaRue L. Banks, passed away in Sandy on October 27, 1996.

Born December 8, 1918 in Delta, Utah to Alfred Fisk and Mattie Cropper Bliss. She married William C. Banks in Salt Lake City. He died July 30, 1992. She liked to crochet and loved to see her children and grandchildren.She is survived by her children, Linda L. (Keith) Finley, Sandra K. (Brian) Gayhart, and William, Jr.; grandchildren, Michelle Mitchell, Phillip and John Sanchez, Weston and Shannon Gayhart, Christopher W. and Gregory G. Banks; great-grandchildren, Amie M., Duane R., and Kevin Mitchell, Christina N. Banks; brother, Jay (Vivian) Bliss; sisters, Iona (Grant) Snarr, Betty (Joe) Switzer, Barbara (Dan) Latsis.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 1, 1996 at 12 noon in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery/Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
