Robert Howard Adams was born to Edward & Adelins M (Perry) Adams on December 22, 1893. He lived at his parents home. He was a farmer and a lifelong resident of Park Center. He married Bertha Pearl (Burk) Huston September 30, 1920. They moved to Indiana. Robert divorced Bertha and returned to live with his sister Mary on their parents homestead. He raised goats, drinking their milk and making cheese. He loved his goats....but willing gave a couple nannies away to his great niece. They both had twins and they were born the coldest night of the year. They had to be brought into house in bushel basket to warm them up. They were loved by Robert's great great nephew who played with them in the summer.
Robert went to the Tilden Manor Hall for five years until he passed away on Monday February 6, 1967. Burial was in Park Center Cemetery.
