According to Dr. George E. Bisanar the graves of Rachel Starns (Bisaner) Bisanar and Simon Bisanar were moved from another cemetery in Granite Falls, NC to this cemetery. They had been members of the old Bethany Lutheran Church and were probably buried in the cemetery there.
