Joseph France Dies at Shelley (headline name was incorrect)
SHELLEY, May 25- Steven Maine France, 67, Rt. 1, Shelley died at his home here Monday following a sudden illness. He was born Independence, Idaho, Feb 13, 1898, a son of Joseph Kuder and Dora Minerva Bybee France. He married Della Garner, June 27, 1927 at Idaho Falls.
He was a veteran of WWI and a member of the LDS Church. Mr. France had farmed in the Shelley and Taylor area. Surviving are the following children: Joseph France Jr. and Lorraine France, San Francisco, Calif.; Mrs Doyle
(Beth) Cook and Steven Ray France, Shelley and Garry Lyn France, Idaho Falls. Also brothers: Elmer France, Twin Falls; Mrs. Harry (Dora) Gillman, Port Charlotte, Fla.; Mrs. Pearl Smith, Phoenix, Ariz.; as well as six grandchildren.
Services will be announced by Nalder Funeral Home.
