Agnes and Tom were married approximately around 1883. They were the parents of 12 children. 8 survived to adulthood. After Tom died she married Johann Zimmerman between 1917-1918 in Pekin, as she is listed as his wife on his 1918 Draft Registration card. He is buried in the same cemetery but not in close proximity to her.

When she passed, she was survived by six daughters, Louise, Anna, Josephine, Evan, Margaret, and Lillian Sarilla, and one son Thomas. Also three sisters, Anna, Margaret and Sarah, two brothers, Robert and William, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Her DOB on her death certificate is incorrect.
