Don was the third of 14 children born to Fred and Achsah Crites. The Fairmount Memorial Park records has his middle initial as an A in error. His casket is in a crypt in the Sunset Mausoleum located in Fairmount Memorial Park. Mildred's casket is in the crypt next to Don's.

SERVICES IN SPOKANE FOR DONALD F. CRITES

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Nov. 4, in Sunset Chapel in Fairmount Memorial Park in Spokane for
former Gildford resident, DonaId Francis Crites, who died Oct. 31 in Vancouver after a lengthy illness.

Survivors (one was listed in error in yesterday's news ac­count) include: his wife, Mil­dred, Vancouver; mother, Mrs. Achsah Crites, Gildford; one daughter, Mrs. Al (Carol) Dav­idson, Moses Lake, Wa; step­sons Darwin Brown, Seattle, Wa. and James Brown, Portland, Ore.; eight grandchildren; bro­thers Vern of Clarks Fork,Ida­ho, Harold of Portland, Ore. and Richard of Havre; sisters Mrs. Carl (Cleona) Poore of Zurich, Mrs. Gordon (LaRena) Stewart of Poplar, Mrs. Gene (Dorene) Rutter of Port Orchard, Wash., Mrs. Joe (Jeanne) Johnston of Vaughn, Mrs. Lloyd (Lois) 0lson and Mrs. Harry (June)Youso of Havre, and Mrs. Allan (Dor­othy) Kidd of Gildford.
His father, the late Fred Crites, and two brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
