Miss Nellie Jones, aged 15 years, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Jones of Rocky Fork at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon after an illness of four weeks with appendicitis. The funeral will take place from the Rocky Fork home Sunday morning at 10 o'clock. The deceased was a niece of Mr. Sidney Levingston of this city.

After a long and painful illness, Nellie Ellen Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Jones, of Mary Ann Township died May 1, 1902 aged 15 years. The funeral was held Sunday at 11 a.m. in the church of Rocky Fork. The casket was carried by six young girls, friends and school mates of the deceased. Rev. James J.Mullaney conducted the funeral exercises. They were brief and to the point. He spoke of the sweet and innocent life of the dead girl and paid her a splendid tribute of admiration and respect. Nellie Ellen Jones was a niece to Sidney Livingston of Newark.
