STELLA BEALL
---Stella Mae Beall, 74, died at 11:45 Thursday, November 11, in a Kirksville hospital where she was admitted on Monday. Mrs. Beall had been in failing health for over a year.
---She was born in Macon County on February 17, 1891, the daughter of the late James and Eliza (Johnson) Easley.
---She was married to Elzie Beall on February 2, 1944, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Raymond Thompson of Pheonix, Arizona and four brothers, W.J. Easley, Fred Easley, Harvey Easley and Dewey Easley, all of Mason City, Iowa; three half-brothers, Jimmy Easley of La Plata, Roy Easley of Kirksville and Sanford Easley of Hermitite, Missouri; one half-sister, Mrs. Zula McVay of Novinger and one granddaughter. One son, Delmar, preceded her in death.
---Mrs. Beall was a member of the La Plata Christian Church.
---Services were held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the Christie Funeral Chapel with Rev. Stanley East, Jr., officiating.
---Burial was in the La Plata Cemetery.
---Bearers were Junior Green, Eddie Green, Damon Beall, Vern Henry, Ray Sees and Jacob Demory.
---Attending the services from out-of-town were Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Graham of Bristol, Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. Ira Beall, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Plowman of Chillicothe; Henry Beall and son, Tommy of St. Charles; Harve Easley of Mason City, Iowa; Mrs. Burnice Prather of Mt. Pulaski, Illinois; Mrs. Bonnie Beall, Mrs. Frank Stewart, Mrs. Jean Stewart and Mrs. Jesse Maize, all of Kirksville.
