Idella I. Forry, of Hallam, died at 6:02 p.m. January 1, 1999, at Memorial Hospital. She was 90.
Mrs. Forry retired as a sewing machine operator from Hallam Hosiery and had been a cigar maker for T. E. Brooks. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Hallam.
Born in Lower Windsor Township on March 24, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Catherine Forry Smeltzer. She was the wife of the late Nelson E. Forry.
She leaves a son, Glenn E. Forry, Hallam; a daughter, Pauline M. Wagner, York; two grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and two step-great-grandsons.
A son, Donald N. Forry, is deceased.
Viewing is from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St. The service is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with her pastor, the Rev. John L. Kurtz officiating. Burial is in Machpelah Cemetery.
