She was a Muncie native.
Miss Alberson retired in 1989 from McCrory Department Store after 15 years there. Earlier, she was employed at Woolworth's Department Store for 27 years. She was a member of Moose Lodge 712 Auxiliary, and bowled in the Senior Citizens League at Munsee Lanes. She attended Friends Memorial Church and DeSoto United Methodist Church.
Two brothers, Don and Ed Alberson, are deceased.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel. Burial will be in Black Cemetery, north of Muncie. Friends may call 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
