E. Louise (Lisa) Phillips of Glendale, Arizona passed away on Wednesday February 3, 2011 at 9:00 P.M. at Phoenix Baptist Hospital surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born in Randolph County,Arkansas to O.R. and Lelia Jewell (Johnston) Rapert. She is survived by two daughters,Teresa Biasi of Glendale and Cynthia Layman of Lakewood Colorado, two sons, Stan Conley of Peoria and Kevin Phillips of Boise, Idaho, one sister Geraldine Thomason of Charleston Missouri and special friend Al Yates of Glendale, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband, Sonny Phillips, two brothers Esselman and Bennie Rapert of Charleston, Missouri and two sisters Martha Lee of Miner, Missouri and Virginia Cox of Lafayette, Indiana. She was a member of FOE Aerie 2843 Auxiliary and American Legion 29 Ladies Auxiliary and DAV Ladies Auxiliary and was Chaplain for VFW Post 1433 Ladies Auxiliary as well as MOCA #14 in Glendale. In lieu of flowers those who wish can donate to the American Cancer Society . Funeral Services will be Saturday February 5, 2011 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary located at 7924 N. 59 Ave. in Glendale. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale, Arizona.
