Theresa J.Terfehr died peacefully Jan 25, 2011, age 84. Survived by her brother Sylvester (Rita) Terfehr of Wahpeton, ND and many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents John L. and Rose (nee Nordick), her siblings; Brother Julius OSB, Mary (Leo) Vollmecke, Lawrence (Agnes), Florence, Florentina (Nick) Herding, Sister Rita OSF, Sister Helen OSF, and Ada (Alfred) Althoff.

Memorial Gathering at the Funeral Home Sat Feb. 5, 1-3pm. Memorial Service at 3pm. Urn burial at St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Cemetery in Breckenridge, MN at a later date. Memorials to St. John's University, PO Box 7222, Collegeville, MN 56321 or The Sisters of St. Francis, PO Box 447, Hankinson, ND, 58041 are appreciated.

Theresa was an English teacher in the Milwaukee public schools. After retirement, she volunteered with Interfaith and Milwaukee Achievers. She loved flowers, literature, gourmet cooking and bridge. Special thanks to the staff of Luther Manor Courtyards and Luther Manor Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.

She was a friend to many and will be dearly missed.
