Born March 16, 1891, Hull, Yorkshire, England, a son of Thomas Johnson and Ellen Chapmen Atkinson. Married Jeannette Park Nov. 5, 1919, Salt Lake Temple. She died March 12, 1963, Retired painter. Employee, American Smelting and Refining Co., Murray and Garfield Smelting Co. World War I veteran.
