FLORENCE LILLIAN (JACET) BECHDOLT , 64, lifelong resident of Deer Grove, died at
6:40 a.m. Friday at Illinois Research Hospital in Chicago, where she had been a
patient the past 18 days. The body was removed to the Wheelock Funeral Home in
Rock Falls where friends may call after 7:30 p.m. tonight. Funeral rites will be
conducted at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Monday. Rev. Donald Comnick, pastor of
the Rock Falls Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Tampico
Memorial Cemetery. Florence Lillian Bechdolt was born Aug. 5, 1891 at Eight
Mile, Ill., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jaquet. She is survived
by four sons, Ivan of Michigan City, Ind.; Glen of Rock Falls, Richard at home
and Roland of St. James, Mo.; five grandchildren; four brothers, George Jaquet
of Dixon, Jessie of Franklin Grove, Clarence of Galva and Floyd of
Williamsfield, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,
Israel; two sisters, Mrs. George Whipple and Mrs. Claude Biey; and a brother,
Elmer Jaquet.
