Pembroke - Ben Grady Harvey, 73, died Wednesday as a result of a farming accident. The Bryan County native was a retired logger and sawmill operator.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorothy S. Harvey, Pembroke; three stepsons, Richard M. Noe, Pembroke, William T. Noe, Campbellsburg, Ky., and Robert A. Noe, Carrollton, Ky.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Karen Beverly, Port Royal, Ky.; a brother, Carlton Harvey, Pembroke; and three sisters, Mrs. Eula Fagnant, Claxton, Mrs. Sallie Mae McCallar, Richmond Hill, and Mrs. Margaret Sikes, Bloomingdale.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Morrison Funeral Home of Pembroke with burial to follow in Groveland Cemetery. Morrison Funeral Home.
