John Cogswell married Hannah Goodhue in 1692. John and Hannah had nine children. Widow Hannah Cogswell later married Lt. Thomas Perley (1668 - 1740) on Apr. 18, 1713, in Ipswich. She died in 1742, in Boxford, and is buried there with her second husband. (I believe this is why John Cogswell has a double stone, but with only his name.)
