Joseph Clifford Bell (9/7/1891-10/24/1946) was born the son of Egbert. F. Bell and Anna Bell.

He married Eathel Hinman Bell.

They had two daughters: Catherine/Kathryn Bell (1915-)Rowley, Annabell Bell (1918-) Grossholz and Thomas Bell (1919-).

Of Portville Dies

Portville _ Clifford Bell, a former resident of Portville, passed away at the Oil City Hospital Thursday at the age of fifty-five. He was employed by the Shawmut Railroad as operator for four years, then as operator and station agent for Pennsylvania Railroad Company for twenty-eight years. At the time of his death he lived at Tionesta, Pa.
He was the son of the former Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Bell and resided in the house now owned by Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Sikes. His wife was the former Miss Eathel Hinman, niece of Mrs. Bertha Sikes Portville.
He is survied by his wife, Mrs. Eathel Bell, two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Rowley, Spartensburg, Pa., and Mrs. Anna Grossholtz, Erie, Pa.
Interment services will be held Saturday (October 26, 1946) at one-thirty o'clock at Chestnut Hill cemetery, Portville.
