Probably the grandmother of Ivan Eugene Bell? Info. from Findagrave member, Cherie Officer and the Portville (NY) Review, Thursday, Oct. 31, 1918. NOTE: Anna's year of birth on headstone reads 1863, while the obit. states 1868 and died at age 55 which fits. It also looks like after Anna passed away, her husband, Egbert married her sister, Lena. His obit. states that he married Lena in 1922, but the marriage certificate states, Sept. 24, 1920. Anna passed away at her home in Millgrove (a very small settlement just southeast of Portville) due to pneumonia at age 55. She came to America as a small child and to the Portville area in 1890. At the time of her death she was survived by her husband, Egbert F. Bell: Two sons, Ernest of Eldred, PA and Clifford of Salamanca, NY: Three brothers, George Glady of Portville, NY., Christopher and John Glady of Hornell, NY: Four sisters, Mrs. Lena (Glady) Smith and Mrs. F.F. Blakley of Portville, NY., Mrs Agusta(?) Blake of Canaserga, NY and Katie Michler of Hornell, NY. The funeral was held at her home on Nov. 1, 1918.
