Obituary - Catherine "Kate" M. Sabo, 99, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2002 at her home. She was born July 27, 1902 in Youngstown, Ohio.

Catherine was employed at the Burlington Railroad for 35 years. She was a member of St. Mary Church, the Catholic Order of Foresters, the Burlington Veterans and the Friendly Center.

Survivors include her sister, Helen Wilson of Oswego; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mary (Guyran) Sabo; and by 11 brothers and sisters.

99th Party - Catherine was given a surprise 99 Birthday party which was held at the YWCA's Chestnut Tea Room and given by the Aurora Salvation Army Diner's Club on Wednesday the 10th of March. Over 100 family and friends attended. She was caught off guard and very surprised.
