Ruby Ernestine Cundiff Coomer, 86, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Otterbein Nursing Home in Lebanon, Ohio. She was born May 20, 1919 in Elkatawa, Kentucky to William and Manerva (Little) Cundiff. She was a homemaker, avid bowler and gardner.
Mrs. Commer was preceeded in death by her parents; husband Troy A. Coomer, January 3, 2002 and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sons, William Dallas (Mary) Coomer of Shawnee, KS.; and Troy A. (Billie) Coomer II, of Franklin, OH.; daughter, Elouise K. "Katie" (Edward) Bray of Lexington, KY.; five grandchildren, Chuck Coomer, Bret Coomer, Audrey Coomer, Ashley Coomer and Edward Todd Bray; three great- grandchildren, Aaron Coomer, Cody Coomer and Edward Cole Bray; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Otterbein-Lebanon Retirement Community Chapel, 585 N. St. Rt. 741, Lebanon, Ohio with funeral services following with Chaplain David Hilton officiating. Interment followed at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Assocation, Greater Cincinnati Chapter, 644 Linn St., Suite 1026 Cincinnati, Ohio, 45203.
