A retired L&N Railroader, Robert James Cundiff, 59, of Haddix, died suddenly of a heart attack on Monday, January 4.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Strong Cundiff, of Haddix; one daughter, Lois Brown, of Haddix; four sons, Douglas, Larry, and Eugene, all at home; and Robert, of Dayton, Ohio; one brother, Virgil Cundiff, of Beattyville; three sisters, Eliza Little, of Elkatawa; Lennie McIntosh, of Cincinnati; and Ernestine Coomer, of Middletown, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
Funeral was held Wednesday, January 6, at his Haddix home with the Rev. Francis Deaton officiating. Burial was in the Haddix Cemetery with Watts & Spencer Funeral Home in charge.
