Find A Grave contributor Glenn Huffman found mention in the Rockingham Register that Catharine died "Sunday morning" and in the 17 Feb 1908 Harrisonburg Daily News that she died "yesterday morning." Sunday would have been 16 Feb, which agrees with "yesterday." However, her gravestone is engraved with her death as 15 Feb 1908.
