Emil J. Warner, 39, of San Jose, died at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Francis Hospital, Peoria, where he had been a patient for eight days. The body was taken to the Kuecks Funeral Home. Mr. Warner, a farmer, was born at Manito on Aug. 14, 1910, the son of Henry and Anna Hinrichs Warner and his marriage to Clara Dell Rausch took place in Mason County on Jan. 27, 1935. Surviving with Mrs. Warner are two sons, Robert and Roger Warner, his father and mother, two brothers, George of Toluca and Everett of Lincoln, and one sister, Mrs. Christina Tillman of Peoria.

Mr. Warner was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Manito.
