WISEMAN - Alice L. "Rena," 98, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at the Autumn Woods Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN. She was the former Alice L. Hardesty, a native of Meade Co., KY and a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Wiseman; daughter, Mary Lorena "Lorie" Cooper; and son-in-law, Harry Mills. She is survived by her children, Theresa Mills, John Anthony "Tony" Wiseman (Noni), Marlene Neumann (John) and Margie "Fay" Kummer (Ron); son-in-law, Larry Cooper; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Autumn Woods Memory Care and Skilled care units for the wonderful care, compassion and love they showed our Mother, "Little Alice." Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 760 Eastern Pkwy., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Hwy. Memorial gifts may be made to Mass of the Air, the Alzheimer's Association or to O.A.K. (Ovarian Awareness of Kentucky).
