Miss Belle Scott died at her home in Traer last Tuesday. She had been in poor health for twenty years, and often within that time had seemed at the point of death. She was a daughter of Robert Scott, who lived in southwest Perry township many years until retiring and locating in Traer two years ago. She was born in Massachusetts in 1858 and came to this community with her parents in 1870. The mother died in 1905. The surviving members of the family are the aged father and three children, namely Mrs. Mary Bishop, of Atchison, Kansas, William Scott, of North Dakota; and Thomas, of Traer,
