Mrs. Esther Iler Hegmann Anderson, 103, died Aug. 5 at Candler Hospital. She was a native of Bulloch County and a longtime resident of Savannah. She was a former manager of King's Daughters Home for Children for many years in Savannah. She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: daughters, Willa Weathersby and Larue Woods, both of Savannah; sisters, Eleanor Baxter and Minnie Bowen, both of Savannah; a brother, Lehman Iler of Raleigh; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Red Hill Baptist Church, burial in the church cemetery.
