Survivors include his wife, Pearl Davis Chandler of Kirbyville; two sons, Hershal Chandler of Longview and Doyle Chandler of Kirbyville ; a daughter, LaRue Lockwood of Lafayette, La; a brother, Sam Chandler of Jacksonville; two sisters, Evie Whitton of Kirbyville and Annie Raines of Center. 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
