Moise J. Durocher, age 92, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Roland Blackburn, 399 River St., after a short illness.

He was born in Montreal, Canada, son of the late Joseph and Julienne (St. Jean) Durocher, and lived in Haverhill 52 years.

Mr. Durocher was a retired shoe worker. He was a member of Court Ste. Jeanne d’Arc, COF, and St. Joseph’s parish Holy Name society.

He leaves six sons, Romeo, Manchester, N.H.; Aldreic, Lowell; Emile, Lawrence; and Armand, Raoul and Leo, of Haverhill; four daughters, Mrs. Blackburn, Mrs. Albert Sayers, Mrs. Lionel Valcour and Mrs. Phillippe Dupuis, all of Haverhill; 35 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 8 from the Comeau funeral home, 47 Broadway, followed by a solemn high mass at 9 in St. Joseph’s church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be from 7 to 10 tonight and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 tomorrow and Friday.
