Mr. Alcorn died Tuesday July 15, 1986 in Cookeville General Hospital following an extended illness.
The son of the late Lee and Ethel Huddleston Alcorn, he was a native of Putnam County.
His family includes his wife, Carol Lowe Alcorn; 1 daughter, Sherry Watson of Cookeville and 2 sons, Andy Alcorn of Silver Point, and Robert Alcorn of USAF, SC; 1 sister, Roberta Moss of Silver Point, and 1 brother, James Alcorn of Buffalo Valley.
