Pickney Borden Killed In Fall From Crusher At Woodward Mines
Pickney Richard Borden, age 44, of route 8, Russellville, was instantly killed when he fell from a crusher at Woodward mines, five miles west of Russellville, at 3:40 P.M. last Monday.
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning from King's cemetery, with Rev. Daily conducting final rites, Underwood's directing at the grave.
Surviving, in addition to his widow, are his mother, Mrs. Sarah Borden; three sons, Evil, J. D., and Monroe, and three daughters, Nancy, Fannie and Lillian.
