Windsor - A. D. "Dee" Buckley, 86, of Sullivan, formerly of Windsor, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 1986, at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur.

He was born Nov. 28, 1900, in Shelby County, a son of John and Eula Helpingstein Buckley. He married Bell Hollonbeck. She died May 13, 1930. He then married Daisy McDermott, Sept. 18, 1932. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, James of Mattoon and Clifford Seeley of Sullivan; two daughters, Hollis Yunker Howard of Sullivan and Fern Thompson of Shumway; two brothers, Charles of Bradenton, Fla., and Ernest Woodrow of Dundee, Fla.; three sisters, Leta Henneke of Taylorville, Lola Miley of Flint, Mich., and Marjorie Baker of Mt. Morris, Mich.; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Two sons, one brother, three sisters and one grandchild preceded him in death.

Mr. Buckley was a retired farmer. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge of Windsor and affiliated with the Ash Grove Christian Church near Windsor.

Burial in Ash Grove Cemetery.
