Mrs. Freda R. Hess, 86, of Lancaster died Sunday, March 22nd, 2009 at her residence.
She was the wife of the late George L. Hess, Jr. They were married in 1948.
Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Mervin B. and Esther V. (Kauffman) Ressler.
Freda was a teacher for 31 years prior to retiring with 18 years with the Lancaster School District.
She was a member of Lancaster Church of the Brethren.
