Harry R.Ressler 71 a former warehouse manager and trumpet player who in retirement devoted himself to volunteer work with the Wes End Ambulance Association, died early today at his home, 931 Uion Sr., after a long illness. He was the husband of Mary D Beatty Ressler. The couple observed thier 34th wedding anniversary on June 6. Born in Manor Township, was the son of the late Mervin B Ressler and Esther V Kauffman. Surviving beside his wife are a stepdaughter, Jeannine L. wife of Charles F. Murry, Holtwood; a nephew, Michael R. Ressler, Conestoga, whom he and his wife reared; a granddaughter; two stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters; Freda R., wife of George Hess, Lancaster; Irene, wife of Kenneth Frey, Cleveland; and Esther J wife of Henry Scheid, Lancaster; and three brothers:
