OBITUARY
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Hiway Church of Christ in Fort Towson for William Eugene (Gene) Wilson, 87, a retired farmer who had lived in Valliant.

Mr. Wilson died today in McCuistion Hospital in Paris. He was born Feb. 6, 1895 in Goodland, Indian Territory. He had lived in Fort Towson most of his life and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Annie Faye, of the home, and the following:
Seven sons:
Gordon Wilson of Odessa,
Eugene (Bo) Wilson of Hugo,
Alan Wilson of Paris
Charles [Montgomery] of Muskogee,
Joe Wayne Wilson of Edmond,
Wade Wilson of Star City, Ark., and
Harold (Toby) Wilson of Grand Prairie;

seven daughters:
Wilma Ruth Wright of Midwest City,
Wanda Smith of Marietta (Ardmore), Okla
Carolyn Taylor of Soper, (Deceased)
Doris Coleman of Moore, Okla
Gloria Sanford of Valliant
Marjorie Petty of Valliant and
Louise Coffey of Millerton;
32 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Officiating at the service will be Stan Bryan and P.C. Burket. Burial will be in the Fort Towson Cemetery. Lampton-Mills Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
