Blaine Allison, 52, Chester native
Newell - Blaine Allison, 52, of Sixth Street Road died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at home following a lingering illness. He was born in Chester Aug. 13, 1939, a son of the late Claude and Dora Beresford Allison. Mr. Allison had lived most of his lifetime in the Chester - Newell area. He had been an air traffic controller in Miami, Fla., and was a member of the National Wildlife Association. Survivors include a son, Michael Allison of Plainfield, Ind.; a daughter, Tracie Cencebaugh of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; two sisters, Trudy Orrick of Puyallup, Wash., and Barbara Quinones of Stockton, Calif.; a brother, Jerry Allison of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and three granddaughters. No calling hours are planned. Memorial services are to be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell. The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the National Wildlife Association.
