Susan Annie Partridge was born September 30, 1867 in Bartlett, Fremont County, Iowa. She was the daughter of Robert Foster Partridge and Mary Alice Martin Partridge. After Susan Annie's birth, the Partridge family moved to Buchanan County, Missouri, and later, in 1870, to Linn County, Kansas. She was known as "Aunt Annie" in the LaCygne community and she spent most of her life in and around LaCygne with the exception of 25 years in Kansas City and 2 years in Texas where she had employment.
She died January 22, 1951, at the home of her sister Dora Baker in LaCygne, Kansas. She was 83 years old.
