"Sheila Rose Graves, six-week-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Graves, rural route No. 6, died this morning at the family home. Also surviving are two brothers, Eugene and Frank Graves; six sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Routon and Shirley, Sharon, Connie, Roxie and Cathy Graves; and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rosa Richardson, all of St Joseph. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Rupp chapel, the Rev. Homer Mayse officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery." St Joseph News-Press, January 26, 1949
