Born in Emerado, N.D., she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Judson Gilbert, who moved in 1903 to a ranch near Clyde Park. In 1913 she married A.C. Shelhamer in Livingston and they ranched until 1947 when they moved to Livingston. Her husband died in 1969.
Survivors include three daughters, Frances Robinson and Lucille Vennes, both of Wilsall, and Patricia Shelhaer of Los Angeles; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Holbrook United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Clyde Park Cemetery with Franzen-Davis Bebee Mortuary in charge. The Billings Gazette, Monday, April 14, 1980
