Mrs. Hazel F. Denson, 64, of Springfield died at 12:52 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Medical Center. She was born May 18, 1922, in Oran, Mo., the daughter of James F. and Ida Mae Smith Wallace.
She was a member of the West Side Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband Robert P.; one son, Paul D. of New Berlin; one daughter, Carolyn McIlquham of Wisconsin; four brothers, Cecil, Marvin "Bud" and Lester I. Wallace, all of Sikeston, Mo., and Junior Wallace of Escalon, Calif.; three sisters, Ruth Joyce and Helen Oliver, both of Sikeston, Mo., and Esther Hall of St. Louis, Mo.
Graveside services in Woodwreath Cemetery, New Berlin, with the Rev. William C. Pittman officiating.
