MEDARYVILLE -- Earl H. Werner, 72, of Medaryville, died at home Sunday.
He was born July 14, 1915 in Hanna. In May 1939 he married Lorraine Egolf, who died May 12, 1959. On Oct. 2, 1960, he married Virginia I. Thompson, who died Dec. 27, 1980.
Surviving are three daughters, Diana Sutter of Valparaiso, Loretta O'Brien of Missouri and Jeanette Tucker of Chesterton; nine sons, George of Wanatah, Harold of Kansas, John and Louis, both of Valparaiso, Ivan, Kenneth, David and Tim, all of Medaryville, and Keith of Michigan City; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Vera Billerbeck of Wanatah; and two brothers, Raymond of Wanatah and Willard of Kouts.
Services 1 p.m. Wednesday at O'Donnell Funeral Home, North Judson; burial in Hanna Cemetery; visitation after 3 p.m. today.
