Mrs. Roy Burke

Vermilion - Mrs. Roy Burke, 70 , died Saturday at 10:30 P.M. in her home, 444 East South St., after an illness of two months. She was born Nov. 11, 1890 in Henrietta and had lived in the Henrietta and Vermilion Communities all her life.
Mrs. Burke was a member of the Brownhelm Congregational Church, the VFW Auxiliary, Elyria, and the Women's Relief Corps.
Survivors are her husband, Roy; two daughters, Mrs. John Sterna of Amherst and Mrs. Don Weitzman of Vermilion; three sons, Hollis at Berlin Heights, Howard of LaGrange and Max of Vermilion; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren;four sisters, Mrs William Heidrich of Elyria, Mrs. Henry Gibson, and Mrs. Glenn Feakins and Mrs. Harry Campbell, all of Oberlin; two brothers, Hollis Reighley and Ervin Reighley, both of Oberlin.
Friends will be received after 7 P.M. today at Edward M. Fisher Funeral Home. The Rev. Lobell Bennett, pastor of Brownhelm Congregational Church, will officiate at services Wednesday at 2 P.M. in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Brownhelm Cemetery.
