My memories of Alpha was that of a lady that never failed too pray for you. I remember visiting her home as a small child and when we got ready too go she would always put her hands on the vehicle and pray that it would make a safe journey back home. I believe because of her prayers this kept us safe on numerous occasions as we traved to and forth. This act of prayer was always expected of her by us kids.

She always wore a hat and apron and was a heavy set woman.
She was always a joy to be around, her and Cecil was such a great Aunt and Uncle. You couldn't have asked for any better.
Alpha and Cecil lived in Boynton across the ally way in a small little house from where her mom and father James and Sara (Bolinger) Woods old home place was. This is where she lived all her life until she was put in Haskell Nursing Home. (Dec. 2000)

Her death date has never been put on her stone. UPDATE Her granddaughter got her death date
added to her stone.
