At the time of her death at Greenwood Manor, Rose was 94 years, 6 months and 25 days old. She was survived by 2 sister, Mae England of St. Louis, Missouri, and Pearl Bishop of Austin, Minnesota; and 3 brothers, Oren Fiedler of Clarksville, Missouri, Karl "Bud" Fiedler of Godfrey, Illinois, and Oliver Fiedler of Sebastopol, California.
Visitation was held from 4 to 9 p.m. on 11 Apr 1986 at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin. Eastern Star services took place at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services were conducted there at 1 p.m. the following afternoon.
The family requested that memorials, if desired, be made to the American Heart Association or to the charity of one's choice.
