Claud S. Hutson, 44, died at his home, 2206 Isabelle Street, Burlington, Iowa, at 8 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 1962.

He was born at Luray, Missouri, April 23, 1917, the son of William and Ida Hamilton Hutson,

He was employed by the Leopold Company in Burlington and was a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Jean Davis, Rockford, Illinois; Mrs. Wanda Renner, Randolph, Illinois, and Sally Hutson, Pontiac, Illinois; four brothers, Elmer, Warren, Oregon; Lester, Pittsfield, Illinois; Fern, Gulfport, Illinois; and Sherman, Roseville, Illinois; four sisters, Mrs. Oscar (May)Campbell, Windsor, Missouri, Mrs. Henry (Ethel) Bowen, Kahoka, and Mrs. John (Thelma) Campbell, St. Joseph, Missouri, also a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, two sisters and a brother.

Services were held Saturday, February 3, 1062 at 9 a.m. in the Eliott-Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with Rev. Howard Johnson officiating.

Graveside services and burial was at 1 p.m. in the Combs Cemetery, Luray, Missouri.
