The obituary for John H. Storm stated that he had died at the home of his son Mark on the Crockett farm southeast of Windsor, Sep. 29, 1933. He was 84 years old and a son of William Storm being a sixth generation from Peter Storm who came from Germany to America. He married Hannah Hiatt and she preceded in death. Surviving children were Otto, Delmer, Mrs. Ida Bridges, Mrs. Grace Kennedy, Mrs. Nellie Storm, Grover Storm, Mrs. Esther Jensen and Mark, all residents of Eastern Shelby except Delmer of NE. Children deceased were Mrs. Annie Gaddis, Mrs. Nettie Smith and Susie. Also surviving were 41 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren, plus brother, Freeman T. Storm of Windsor and sister Mrs. Elnora Lawton of Modesta, CA. Burial was in Ash Grove. Windsor Gazette - 3 Oct 1933
