Mrs. Falk was born February 2, 1892, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Bilyeu, members of one of the Linn County's most prominent pioneer families.
Surviving are the widower, Adolph Falk; five children, including Mrs. Marie Decker, Spokane, Washington; Mrs. Mamie Staley, residing in the Sacramento Valley; Gilbert Falk, Portland; Howard Falk, Dallas, and a daughter residing in Japan as a missionary; by three brothers, Dean Bilyeu; Cecil Bilyeu, Harrisburg and Roy Bilyeu, Walton and two sisters, Mrs. Edith Keith, Walton and Mrs. Ethel Barber, Eugene.
