Chester F. Bilyeu, 68, of Ellensburg, former Nelson Siding resident, was found dead in his cabin at Water and Capital streets early yesterday morning, apparently the victim of a heart attack.
Bilyeu, a native of Oregon, had lived in Ellensburg about two months. Previously he lived at Nelson Siding, near Cle Elum, for many years. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Honeycutt-Evenson Chapel.
